Conduct

Righteous
Harsh has always been a staunch follower of accrued happiness and success which just not contributes peace and joy to his life but in life’s of those who are near to him. To live such a righteous life for the benefit of all, before his every step or initiative Harsh would always sow the seed of wish for his earned money being used for charity and religious practices to praise the lord. In Harsh’s opinion every person should strike powerful chords within them to be righteous which is only possible when he is righteous with others by sacrificing for a greater good, trusting those who are responsible, pleasing one for their beauty, timely valuing one’s contribution, appreciating efforts and hard work, helping the needy and not being judgmental. He calls out very clearly that there is nothing good or bad about being righteous.
Conscientiousness
Harsh’s conscientiousness is second to none and he executes it every time and everywhere. His level headedness, industriousness and orderliness with diligence to keep coming back with better understanding and follow ups makes him conventional as well as eye-catching in the group. He is cautious as well as achievement striving which pumps him with amazing levels of rationale which makes him dominant across communications and executions leading to care-taken and well crafted products and services. Being self disciplined and orderly in every walk of his life drives him to see himself and his team members to be organized and well managed. His awareness about self efficacy and being duty bound powers him to self align to learn new skills and improve on everything he does.
Perseverance
Harsh’s unwavering high expectations from himself sets him to resolutely plodding in the face of adversity without the fear of failure. He would always set a vision and a target to make things better and to run away from his fears he would often take the tougher route to achieve it ensuring it is optimal and beneficial for all. Harsh says that perseverance exemplifies how dreams become reality; it’s the direct manifestation of our resolve and commitment to keep going without looking back. For Harsh perseverance works like the fuel which pumps his dreams alive even after being knocked down, making him stronger than ever, everytime. He invokes the same vigor in his team mates by motivating them and encouraging them to take baby steps towards their goals without thinking how difficult and risky they are.
Truthfulness
Harsh is one who says what he means and does what he says. His truthfulness has always made people trust him with responsibilities and in turn he would be bold to uncover the undoings or do a course correction wherever required without a worry. Being a go-getter he does what it takes to meet his targets but raises the voice of truth and inspires others to join along to engage ethically and sense the beat for next best shot for taking it to the next level of goodness. His self-will of being truthful from an early age made him habitual for recognizing, emphasizing and recommending based on truth and nothing else, which he does easily by encouraging the use of processes, rely on facts and figures and consider evidence.
Happiness
Harsh says that if money could buy happiness then the rich would be happiest people but it is contrary. He is sure that people tend to forget or may not know that happiness is a state of mind which is built on how you weave your thoughts and how you react to situations. Having been given a chance to Harsh for another name to happiness he would have it as ‘the medium of giving’. He has always experienced that people often make this mistake asking or searching for happiness in their life but the truth is that it's the by-product of life so he has found his congenial monotony in which he has few activities involving only him and in many involving others to go the happiness way! He does this with his neighbors, colleagues, friends, family, relatives and whoever forms part of his life. This is how he earns his healthy life, blessings and peace forever.
Brotherhoodness
Brotherhood means the most to Harsh and he enjoys it well in almost every relationship to make it a happy engagement for favorable outcomes benefiting for life, work, learning, wandering and entertainment. Harsh advocates for every process in organizations and institutions should thrive on brotherhood which would bear fruits on long term which shall be sustainable. He wants everyone to dwell together with their differences because that is the utmost the real challenge and test of God for us to prove we are here for eachother on behalf of him, promoting humanity. He recommends making brotherhood goals to achieve common goals and celebrate even if there is disagreement enabling ideas to flourish, opinions to survive and innovation to surge.
