Our LIFE is an EXPERIENCE so make it a GOAL to have it a HAPPY one! If our PURPOSE is to make a HAPPY LIFE for ourselves then we should make GOALS around IMPROVING our and others EXPERIENCE!

Music
Genetically I engrained the habit of listening to the music which my parents used to listen to which made me emotional and sensitive to every aspect of life. My parents always listen to every kind of song and often used to explain the meaning of the songs for me to develop an all round understanding to live a very mindful and peaceful life. We used to dance and sing many times on the songs which were lyrical and musical masterpieces which made it a pleasant experience for us.
We do this fun even now to have happiness and energy filled life, eventually over a period of time made it possible for me to enjoy Indian classical, Indian bollywood, Indian pop, Western pop, Hip Hop and Rock cults to maximize my integration with different cultures and keep the momentum of fun and frolic, making life more enjoyable and understandable by myself as well as with others whom I encounter going forward.
Books
Never to give myself an excuse of not having many friends, I choose books as my friends. It was given to me to read books in my childhood but it gained no importance in my life up until my aunt gifted me a book. Reading the title of this book ‘Dare to Win’ by Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen raised my interest in it as those days I was considered to be a loser and I was already burning from inside to win every day.
In a desperate attempt to improve and be a better version of myself I read this first book besides my college textbooks. Enjoying the benefits of it ignited a liking for reading and I continued reading self improvement and leadership books, business magazines, articles and research papers. I have also read much which introduced me to great founders, leaders and personalities who changed their life and impacted many by bringing smiles on their faces and building institutions and organizations serving billions, inspiring and influencing me forever.
Places
I would not call myself a wanderluster but I do love visiting new places of pilgrims, historic importance, beauties of nature and examplaries of art. It all began with my parents visiting temples and pilgrims with very little money with no comforting facilities to make the trip a pleasant one, for us it was never about things but the wish to be happy with the feeling of being together and being closer to god, this has remained with us even today and extended to any places we visit, which makes it easier to be happy with a pleasant experience of togetherness.
I enjoy visiting someone’s home, touring a beautiful part of my country or going around the world to explore new cultures and people to admire every difference and distinct part of this life which supplies immense happiness to me. Visiting a place again doesn’t not makes it a dull excursion for me because for me it is the experience and not the place which matters.
Sports
I do not follow any sport in specific but I do find sports overall as an interesting subject as it has always been part of my life in many ways. My father had lost his heart to cricket and it left a great reflection on me while he watched it on TV and admired the game as I could gain few lessons of perfection but did not master it playing.
It was in my school I played basketball and made me its fan to the extent that by the time I reached college I was playing for cities and districts. Important life lesson learnt from basketball was to strategize and plan to get through every situation to achieve your goals, and it plays an important role in my daily life and work.
Moving on the roller skates, hitting the shuttlecock, ping pong the ball and cycling are other sports I have done which gives me immense pleasure and an adrenaline rush, making it one of most engaging experiences never to be missed.
Events
Not very often but whenever I had an opportunity I went for any event which were related to culture, religion, work, festivals and entertainment. This made me know how people can come together even if they are different from others.
In my childhood my parents often made me participate in every festival and celebration in my school as well as in my neighborhood, changing me from an introvert to an extrovert, one who would engage with everyone without a thought.
I have enjoyed marathons, hackathons, business bash, networking tours, walking tours as they help me connect and assimilate things and people in its fullest way. Most enjoyable events for me are dramas and concerts for playing the cords of music and art in me which make a way for me to relax and rejuvenate. Overall every event is unique and offers me tremendous happiness and a soothing experience to go for it again.
Causes
I support causes for global good and for which I do consider pro-bono exercises to promote Digital Economy, Management Awareness, Financial Literacy, Education Awareness, Sex Education and Gloabal Peace.
It is the experience of working with organizations for profit and non-profit which introduced me to some of the critical but missing parts of our societies, asking special attention perhaps haven’t received it on a global platform with efforts sparsely distributed across geographies.
I see my happiness in working for such causes to bring organizations and nations together and having them work unanimously, welcoming and accepting differences not in the objectives but in the approach. Yielding benefits from such causes, I would want to make it an bespoke experience for every society to make it sustainable for which I would be happy to table my thoughts with authorities and challenge the conventional mindset.
Activities
It is very interesting when it comes to my activities which accounts to sheer means of experiencing ecstasy and celebrating happiness for everything I come across in my life.
These activities take different forms from very simple conversation on almost any topic which triggers fun to most exciting methods like dancing and singing. It was not the same in my childhood, when I was taken away by my father’s hobby of collecting world currency and antique coins, it made me spend an enormous amount of time searching for it across the city and then to maintain it for its admiration.
Cannot believe I still enjoy this unknowingly even now after not being into it actively. Few other things that keep me going are listening to music, reading books and enjoying youtube. All these activities make it enchanting, deemed for me to have the most instantly gratifying experience.
Food
Being a pure vegetarian in India and a vegan most of the time in the americas and europe, I have my taste buds treated from most exotic traditional to most sizzling western food when I am on outing.
I have kept my options limited but enjoying food is unlimited even with my low calorie and high fiber consumption habits. My everyday survival is on veggies and fruits with indian desi cooked cuisine made at home. My rationale for food is that I want to ‘eat to live, not live to eat’ which was induced into me by my mother with considerable amount of grooming over a period of time which made it obvious that as a hindu vaishnav eating vegetarian food is a practice but liking everything in vegetarian is the right choice.
I choose to avoid eating outside as much as possible but do not spoil the fun when it comes to keeping up with the beat of the moment, making it an experience worthwhile.
Movies
From early childhood I have been a movie buff and watched many epics from hollywood and bollywood, which over the time had reduced due to many reasons and then had gained momentum perhaps that has again dipped while I engage in doing more productive things.
That does not mean that I do not enjoy watching movies and web series with my family and friends but does say that these occasions have reduced. My movie watching has also been a productive affair as my parents encouraged me for all the streamings which were attributed to the feelings of patriotism, commitment, true friendship and real love.
In addition I too indulged myself watching those gems which were for sports, real life inspirational stories with blockbusters of suspense and thriller, making it more interesting with popcorn and coffee. While taking it for my learning I have these classics also for my most mesmerizing experience and jollification.
Our LIFE EXPERIENCE is defined by the OPPORTUNITIES of happiness, what would CHANGE our life is our ATTITUDE and DECISION to harness or refuse them at every point in time.
